  1. Canvas makes sense, maybe more information on key resources and cost structure.

    Leaps of faith:
    1- product going viral: it is an app completely based on the amount of people using it, people will use this app to connect to people so if the app has 10 users then nobody would want to use it. When launching the product you would have to market the product correctly to attract attention or have a release of your product that attracts attention or promote it in the places where it will be used.
    2- security: people using the app for what it is intended for. There need to be proper safeguards in this app.
    3- clubs/bars/events: the people who make the event will also have to use your app as if people cannot ‘check in’ to the event then nobody would use the app. What will make the club use your app instead of other social media such as facebook?

  2. This blog is very general and doesn't show much work on the idea. You should have detailed analysis of analogs and antilogs. There are literally hundreds of apps that do some aspect of what you're proposing. Some may inspire you, others are trying to do something similar but not exactly what you're proposing. First, analyze in detail the top 10 apps (at a minimum) that you think are the most similar to your idea. Then get out of the building and start doing customer discovery! Remember, you need to show that you're experts in this.
